These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and Shell999 (hereinafter referred to as "Shell999", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). Shell999 operates an internationally licensed online sports betting and live casino platform accessible at shell999.cam.

By accessing the Shell999 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gambling Policy, and any supplementary rules or promotional terms published on the platform. These documents are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement.

Shell999 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings defined below:

• "Platform" refers to the Shell999 website at shell999.cam and all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and services operated under the Shell999 brand.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User upon successful completion of the registration process on Shell999.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any natural person who has registered an Account on Shell999 and is authorised to use the Platform's services.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any monetary stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer table, or any other wagering product offered through the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total monetary funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or other incentive-based funds credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a Shell999 promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by the Player via approved Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, which are not subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise specified.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process Shell999 conducts to confirm a Player's identity, age, and eligibility in accordance with applicable regulations.
• "Restricted Territories" refers to jurisdictions in which Shell999's services are prohibited by applicable law, and from which Players are not permitted to access or use the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager Bonus Funds before those funds, or any associated winnings, become eligible for withdrawal.

To register and maintain an Account on Shell999, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Shell999 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and does not permit access to persons under 21 years old. This age threshold applies to all players, including those based in Malaysia.
2. You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated agents may not register Accounts.
3. You must be legally permitted to access and use online gambling services under the laws applicable in your country or territory of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
4. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

6. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of Shell999 or any associated entity.

Each eligible Player may hold only one (1) Account on Shell999. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. Shell999 accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect information provided at registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Shell999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify Shell999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Shell999 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless a specific promotion specifies a higher threshold. Deposits via e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited instantly. Deposits via FPX bank transfer may take 5–15 minutes depending on your bank's processing times. Shell999 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit limits at any time with notice published on the Platform.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Shell999 targets the following processing timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals (under 5 minutes on average), DuitNow and FPX transfers (5–15 minutes), and direct bank wire transfers (15–60 minutes). These timeframes are operational targets and not contractual guarantees. Actual processing times may vary during peak periods, scheduled system maintenance, or bank processing windows.

All withdrawals are subject to a completed KYC verification process. Shell999 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending identity verification, anti-money laundering (AML) checks, or investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse. Shell999 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms.

Shell999 offers wagering on a wide range of sporting events and markets, including but not limited to the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Europa League, UFC and Mixed Martial Arts, NBA Basketball, ATP and WTA Tennis, and selected Asian Esports events. The availability of markets is subject to change and Shell999 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific market.

All bets placed on Shell999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type as published on the Platform. In the event of any discrepancy between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

• Bets are final once confirmed and recorded on Shell999's system. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet details before confirmation.
• Shell999 reserves the right to void any bet at any time where there is evidence of a technical error, manifest pricing error, or where the integrity of a market is compromised.
• In the event that an event is cancelled, postponed beyond a period specified in the applicable sport rules, or declared void, bets will be settled according to Shell999's void and cancellation rules as published on the Platform.
• Shell999 operates a maximum payout limit per event and per account per day. These limits are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
• Shell999 reserves the right to limit the stake size, restrict the markets available, or close the Account of any Player who is identified as a professional or systematic bettor, at Shell999's sole discretion.

Shell999 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and referral rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form a supplement to these Terms & Conditions.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the automatic expiry of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

• Shell999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, systematic exploitation, or breach of promotional terms.
• Players suspected of bonus abuse — including but not limited to registration of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, use of low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players — may have their Accounts suspended and all Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited.
• Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds are tracked separately in your Account. Real Money Funds are used first unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Shell999 reserves the right to cap the maximum withdrawal derived from any single bonus at a limit stated in the promotion terms.
• All promotions on Shell999 are strictly for players aged 21 and above.

Shell999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. As a condition of using the Platform, you agree to engage with gambling responsibly and to make use of the responsible gambling tools available to you.

Shell999 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once set, a lower limit takes effect immediately; an increase to a limit requires a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt by our support team. Once active, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the minimum exclusion period.

Shell999 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by persons under the age of 21. Any Player who suspects that a minor may have accessed the Platform using their Account must notify Shell999 immediately and take steps to secure their Account credentials.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Shell999 platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

1. Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other illegal financial activity.
4. Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or system vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage.
5. Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any other software to place bets or interact with the Platform in an automated manner without Shell999's express written consent.
6. Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus terms or generate risk-free returns, where such activity is conducted systematically.
7. Attempting to circumvent Shell999's responsible gambling tools, including attempting to reopen a self-excluded Account using a new registration.
8. Colluding with other players, agents, or third parties to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotions.
9. Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of concealing your true geographic location.
10. Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward Shell999 staff or other platform users.

All content on the Shell999 platform — including but not limited to the Shell999 name, logo, brand identity, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Shell999 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Shell999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial wagering and entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Shell999 content without our express prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of Shell999's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability. Shell999 reserves all rights not expressly granted under this licence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shell999, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensed content providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from wagering decisions made by the Player, regardless of outcome;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to technical maintenance, system failures, or third-party infrastructure issues;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions, including Malaysian banks and e-wallet providers;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• Any inaccuracies in live data feeds, odds displays, or event statistics published on the Platform.

The Shell999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Shell999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Shell999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, Shell999 will use reasonable efforts to notify active Account holders via the registered email address or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. For non-material changes, the updated Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date and no separate notice will be issued.

Your continued use of the Shell999 Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account and arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shell999 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.

Notwithstanding the above, Shell999 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
